These terms govern use of the Venturia Tech website operated by Pamakid s.r.o. They apply to browsing and contact-form enquiries. They do not replace a signed engagement letter, statement of work, or consulting contract.

1. Operator

Venturia Tech is a brand through which Pamakid s.r.o. presents advisory services.

2. Nature of the website

Content on this website is general information about advisory capabilities. It is not legal, tax, audit, or regulated professional advice, and it is not an offer binding Pamakid s.r.o. to provide services on specific terms.

Case histories and experience references describe prior professional work of the named individuals unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not claims of corporate delivery by Pamakid s.r.o. for those engagements, and named organisations are not sponsors or endorsers.

3. Enquiries

Submitting the contact form is a request for information or a discussion. No contract is formed until Pamakid s.r.o. and the client agree in writing (for example by signed proposal, order, or statement of work).

We may decline or not respond to enquiries that appear abusive, automated, or unrelated to our services.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content, or use it to send unlawful or spam communications.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, layout, and graphics are owned by Pamakid s.r.o. or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except for ordinary browser caching and fair quotation with attribution.

To the extent permitted by Czech and EU law, Pamakid s.r.o. is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content, or for temporary unavailability of the site. Personal data submitted through the site is handled as described in the Privacy notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply if you are a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future use.
